Stockholm-based startup Spiich has secured €3 million in a funding round led by Ugly Duckling Ventures. The round included participation from Alliance VC, Cherry Ventures, and existing investor Ampli Ventures. Angel investors from companies such as OpenAI, Neo4j, and Tandem Health also contributed to the financing.
Founded in June 2025 by Johan Torssell and Dennis Hadzialic, the company develops AI agents designed to handle administrative sales tasks. According to the startup, these agents manage prospecting, meeting preparation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities, which typically consume 78% of a salesperson's time.
Spiich currently serves over 50 customers across 15 countries, including clients like NORNORM, Zaver, and Airmee. The company reports that its users have tripled their market coverage and reduced prospecting time by 90%. In the first half of 2026, the startup achieved over 100% month-on-month ARR growth.
The new capital will be used to expand the engineering and go-to-market teams. Spiich plans to use these resources to support its growth strategy across Europe, aiming to evolve its platform into a comprehensive system of intelligence and action for sales departments.
