The AI-powered encyclopedia Grokipedia, operated by SpaceXAI, has released version 0.3. This update introduces a redesigned homepage, which now features curated articles, trending topics, and a live feed of recent edits, moving away from the previous minimalist search-only interface.
The new homepage displays featured content as rotating digital books, while trending articles are presented in a horizontal scrolling format. The live editing page has also been updated to allow users to monitor multiple recent changes simultaneously, improving navigation and data visibility for contributors.
Article pages received minor adjustments, including optimized fact tables and tighter text line spacing. Benji Taylor, head of design at SpaceXAI, described the update as a refresh for the platform. The project originally launched in late October 2025 as version 0.1, with content generated by AI mimicking Wikipedia.
Following the release of version 0.2, the site appeared to go dormant. In August, Lawfare reported that the platform had seen no updates for over three months. The recent activity and the launch of version 0.3 suggest that SpaceXAI has resumed development, although the company has not yet commented on the project's status.
