Venture firm Solari Capital, founded by AJ Scaramucci, has officially launched after operating in stealth mode. The firm has deployed approximately $350 million across early-stage, late-stage, and in-house incubation projects. Its investment strategy is based on the concept of programmable reality, focusing on four key sectors: intelligence, biology, physical matter, and finance.
The firm's portfolio includes investments in AI companies such as xAI and Suno, as well as gene therapy firm Tessera Therapeutics. In the physical matter sector, Solari has backed Varda Space, which operates in microgravity. Within the programmable finance track, the firm supports blockchain infrastructure projects, specifically Genius Terminal and Architect Financial.
A major component of the firm's portfolio is a $220 million funding round for American Bitcoin, led by Solari in July 2025. The firm contributed over $100 million of its own capital to this deal, accounting for nearly one-third of its total deployed funds. The firm's launch is supported by endorsements from investors including Ron Conway, Jim Breyer, and Eric Schmidt.
