Softline has initiated the book-building process for two new bond series, 002P-03 and 002P-04, aiming to raise a minimum of 3 ₽ billion. The collection of orders took place on October 13, 2026, with participation available through major Russian brokerage firms.
The 002P-03 series features a fixed coupon rate capped at 18.50% per annum, with a yield not exceeding 20.15%. The 002P-04 series offers a variable coupon linked to the Bank of Russia key rate plus a spread of no more than 450 basis points.
Both bond series share a coupon period structure consisting of 38 periods of 30 days and a final 39th period of 21 days. The final terms for both issues will be finalized following the book-building process, with the official placement scheduled for October 16, 2026.
Softline intends to include these bonds in the high-tech sector list, which offers tax incentives for investors holding the securities for at least one year. The company holds credit ratings of A-(RU) from ACRA and ruA- from Expert RA, both assigned in 2026.
The capital raised through this placement will be utilized for refinancing existing debt obligations and optimizing the company's debt structure. The primary objective is to increase the proportion of long-term financing within the firm's balance sheet.
