On September 18, 2026, at the ProcessTech forum, developer Sminex and software vendor Infomaximum signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Sminex head of business processes Nikolai Bazhanov and Infomaximum CEO Alexander Bochkin.
The partnership focuses on process mining, task mining, and artificial intelligence. Sminex will implement the Russian platform Proceset to analyze actual business process routes, operations, and deviations. The goal is to identify bottlenecks and optimize labor costs.
Sminex has already piloted the Task Mining tool from Proceset to improve business user productivity. The companies plan to test new AI scenarios and apply successful methods across various departments of the developer's operations.
