Benchmark has initiated coverage of Securitize with a Buy rating and a price target of $16 per share. The company currently holds approximately 70% of the US tokenization market, providing infrastructure for issuing and trading tokenized securities.

One of the company's key clients is the BlackRock BUIDL fund, which held $1.7 billion in assets at the time of the report. In July 2026, Rosenblatt also issued a Buy rating for the stock with a target price of $14.

Securitize is planning a public listing on the Nasdaq via a merger with Cantor Equity Partners II under the ticker symbol SECZ. Additionally, the firm has established a partnership with the New York Stock Exchange to develop infrastructure for trading tokenized stocks and ETFs.

Analysts from Benchmark project that the tokenization sector could attract over $30 trillion in assets over the next decade. The market currently faces competition from firms such as Ondo Finance and Franklin Templeton, alongside internal developments by BNY Mellon.
