Securitize, a firm specializing in tokenized financial assets, announced plans to integrate the Stellar network into its infrastructure. The company revealed this initiative on October 28, 2026, during the Meridian 2026 conference held in Lisbon.
Stellar will become the 17th blockchain supported by the Securitize platform. The integration aims to leverage Stellar's native compliance features, which include built-in tools for know-your-customer checks, asset clawbacks, and sanctions enforcement.
As of September 30, 2026, Securitize manages approximately $5 billion in tokenized securities. The company, founded in 2017 by CEO Carlos Domingo, maintains partnerships with major asset managers such as BlackRock and Apollo.
Stellar currently hosts a tokenized asset ecosystem valued at about $3.56 billion as of mid-October 2026, ranking it as the fourth-largest ecosystem for real-world assets. Securitize has not yet provided a specific timeline for the integration.
