SberHealth has developed a suite of medical IoT devices, including smart blood pressure monitors, electronic stethoscopes, and health cameras for adults and children. The blood pressure monitor automatically transmits real-time data to cardiologists via a mobile app and features arrhythmia detection and ML-based recognition. The electronic stethoscope records breathing and heart sounds, utilizing AI to identify anomalies.

The health cameras allow doctors to remotely inspect the throat, nose, and ears through photos and videos. These devices support Wi-Fi 2.4 for data transmission and include built-in AI assistants to guide users in capturing high-quality medical images. To streamline data entry, the company implemented an AI assistant capable of recognizing blood pressure readings via camera or voice input.

The ecosystem integrates a digital assistant based on the GigaChat LLM, which provides informational support and helps interpret device readings using the patient's historical data. The overall architecture consists of edge devices, a mobile application for Android and iOS, and a backend platform, where the app manages data quality and interaction with AI services.

Technical challenges included optimizing the app size despite using various SDKs and ensuring compatibility across diverse Android hardware configurations. For the health cameras, the company chose Wi-Fi over Bluetooth to ensure reliable streaming of video data, as Bluetooth 5.0 support could not be guaranteed across all user devices.
