SberCity Techstroy, a company specializing in luxury housing construction, has implemented the Directum Lite document management system. The primary goal of this transition was to automate internal workflows and accelerate the approval of documentation between construction sites and the corporate office.

The integration of the system has resulted in a 50–60% reduction in labor costs associated with document processing. Furthermore, the company has successfully transitioned contract management, project administration, office records, and financial archives into a digital format, which has also decreased expenditures on paper and printing.

The new workflow allows project teams and specialized departments to initiate approvals, whereas previously this function was restricted to the legal department. The process of signing and transferring contracts to contractors now takes up to two days. Additionally, the system features a payment registry that enables real-time tracking of payment statuses.

The implementation has optimized the workload of the estimation department. Project managers can now initiate changes to contract documentation, and estimators no longer need to manually process irrelevant documents or distribute tasks, as they can select work objects independently. The company plans to digitize the approval of work completion certificates next.
