Samsung has quietly unveiled the Galaxy A08, the latest entry-level smartphone in its A-series lineup. The device has appeared on official websites in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, revealing its design and technical specifications, though pricing and availability details remain undisclosed.

The smartphone features a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1600x720 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core processor with clock speeds of 2.2GHz and 2GHz, which reports suggest is the MediaTek Helio G99. The device comes in three colors: dark blue, green, and silver.

A major hardware improvement is the 6000 mAh battery, an increase from the 5000 mAh capacity found in the predecessor, the Galaxy A07. The phone includes LPDDR5X memory with RAM Plus technology and offers storage options of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card slot.

The camera setup consists of a 5000-megapixel main sensor and a 200-megapixel secondary lens on the back, along with an 8-megapixel front camera. The device measures 167.4x77.4x8.0 millimeters, weighs 197 grams, and carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
