Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Buds On, its first clip-on wireless earbuds, which attach to the outer ear to keep the ear canal open. The device was unveiled alongside the Galaxy Tab S12 series and the Galaxy SmartTag3 tracker.
The earbuds are equipped with TwinBoost drivers, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S7 Gen 1 audio chip, and a Class-D amplifier. They offer 9.5 hours of continuous playback and feature an Audio Leakage Reduction system to minimize sound dispersion.
The device integrates Galaxy AI features, including Google Gemini voice activation and a quick voice memo recording function. Users can manage calls, alarms, and notifications through head gesture controls.
The Galaxy Buds On will launch in South Korea on October 27 in black, priced at ₩299 000 (approximately $220). Samsung plans to release the product in other regions, though specific details remain undisclosed.
