Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Israeli startup Loops, which specializes in agentic analytics. The deal, announced on October 12, 2026, is estimated at approximately $30 million, though official terms remain undisclosed.
Founded in 2020 by CEO Tom Laufer and CTO Ido Adiv, Loops provides software that tracks key performance indicators such as revenue and churn. The platform uses machine learning to identify the causes of metric changes and suggests actionable insights.
The technology features headless capabilities, allowing users to receive analytics through tools like Slack and email without accessing a dashboard. Salesforce plans to integrate this functionality directly into its Tableau platform.
The acquisition is expected to close in early November 2026, falling within Salesforce’s fiscal 2027. Following the completion of the deal, Loops will cease to operate as a standalone product.
