Russian Post has integrated digital learning platforms with a mentorship program to serve its 200,000 employees. The initiative aims to standardize training across all regions, including remote areas, through a unified corporate university system.
The company currently employs 40,000 mentors. According to internal data, over 14,000 new hires participate in the mentorship program annually, which has resulted in an 11% reduction in staff turnover during the adaptation period compared to independent onboarding.
Mentors undergo specialized training covering adult education principles, task management, and feedback techniques. The company utilizes various formats, including e-learning courses, workshops, and video tutorials, to ensure practical application in specific roles.
The workforce includes 60,000 mail carriers, 21,000 branch managers, 20,000 operators, 8,500 drivers, and 8,000 sorters. Starting in 2026, winners of professional skills competitions in five key roles receive monthly salary bonuses in addition to one-time awards.
