Russian Post has implemented the Goodt WFM system, developed by Lansoft, to automate time tracking for 120,000 employees across 38,000 branches. The project aims to eliminate manual timesheet entry and reduce administrative workload for branch managers and HR departments.

The system enables intelligent scheduling based on branch-specific workloads and daily profiles. Central office staff in Moscow can now monitor operations across all time zones in real-time. The platform accounts for complex staffing needs, including multiple job roles held by a single employee.

The solution features a mobile QR-code-based check-in mechanism for staff. Data collected by the WFM system is automatically synchronized with 1C software for payroll processing via a custom integration module. Further integrations include the Passport OPS and EIAP platforms.

Deployment was conducted in waves, with each phase allowing one month for data preparation and training, followed by one to two months for post-launch support. The system ensures compliance with Russian labor regulations and provides a centralized framework for workforce management.
