RTK-TsOD, a full-cycle IT service provider, has launched a corporate AI assistant designed for organizations with strict data security requirements. The product was developed in collaboration with the Rostelecom IT division and was unveiled at the Digital Solutions forum.
The assistant utilizes RAG technology to analyze internal documents and knowledge bases. It operates entirely within the client's infrastructure, ensuring that data does not leave the organization's perimeter and eliminating the need for external APIs.
The tool handles various tasks, including document summarization, version comparison, and data extraction from tables. It also assists technical staff by interpreting system logs, metrics, and alerts, providing incident response recommendations based on internal protocols.
The architecture supports multitenancy and granular access control via RBAC. It includes logging for user actions and configuration changes, as well as request queuing to prevent infrastructure overloads and model routing to optimize operational costs.
