Rolftech, the technology division of the Rolf group, has completed the normalization of its 35-year historical service operations database. The project aimed to unify disparate naming conventions and abbreviations into a standardized hierarchy within the Flora digital dealer platform.

The initial dataset of 474,712 entries was reduced to 247,600 unique operations after deduplication. Using AI models and an agent-based environment, the team successfully classified 238,000 operations, representing 96.13% of the unique database. The process involved 21 experts from the Rolf service department.

The classification was performed in two stages. In the first pass, experts validated 40.1% of the AI-generated mappings. After refining the rules and agent feedback loops, an additional 56.03 percentage points were validated. The remaining 9,580 entries were archived.

Rolftech is now linking these operations with specific vehicle components, actions, and spare parts. Currently, 15% of service operations are linked to spare parts, covering approximately 80% of total work orders. The final release of the new directory in the Flora platform is scheduled for December 2026.
