The Ringbrothers workshop unveiled a modified 1965 Pontiac GTO Convertible, dubbed Billie, at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. The project required over 5,500 hours of labor to transform the original Pontiac Tempest into a custom build with a body widened by five inches.
The vehicle features a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine from Wegner Motorsports, delivering 650 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. The powertrain is paired with a Bowler Performance 10-speed automatic transmission.
The build incorporates extensive carbon fiber components, including the hood, front wheel tubs, and rear diffuser. The chassis is equipped with a Fast Track Stage III system, Fox RS SV coilovers, and Brembo brakes with six-piston calipers.
Interior modifications include repositioning the dashboard four inches forward and two inches lower. The cabin is outfitted with Dakota Digital instruments, Vintage Air climate controls, and a restored factory radio updated with Bluetooth connectivity.
