London-based startup Resolutiion has secured $10.4 million in a recent funding round. The investment was backed by Cherry Ventures, Octopus Ventures, LocalGlobe, and Auxxo. The company plans to use these funds to further develop its AI-driven operating system designed for managing enterprise contract disputes.

Founded in 2022, the startup currently employs 18 people. Its team includes professionals previously associated with companies such as Darktrace, Klarna, Uber, Accenture, and KPMG. The firm focuses on the post-signature phase of contracts, specifically targeting the defence, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

The platform, known as Octavia, utilizes proprietary OctaviaCore technology to analyze data from active contracts, including emails, invoices, and supplier messages. It aims to identify early warning signs of potential conflicts weeks before formal claims are filed, helping parties coordinate resolution steps.

According to company data, 5% of contracts result in disputes, leading to losses between £50 million and £90 million per £1 billion in revenue. The broader contract management software market is projected to grow from $3.65 billion in 2026 to $9.62 billion by 2034.
