The researcher tested adaptive noise distribution in SDE samplers for flow-matching models using a custom ComfyUI node. The study evaluated three models, Anima, Flux 3 Klein, and MOSS-Image, across 6 to 15 steps. The goal was to determine if samplers could dynamically adjust the eta parameter based on trajectory curvature or error estimation.

Results showed that curvature-based adaptation failed to provide consistent gains. Error-based estimation yielded a 1–2 percent improvement in texture values for Flux 3 Klein, but results were inconsistent for other models. Ultimately, a fixed noise schedule proved as effective as adaptive methods, and human evaluators could not distinguish between the new distribution and standard noise.

Intel reported earnings of 52 cents per share on October 29, exceeding the 41-cent forecast. Despite this, the company's stock fell by nearly 29 percent the following day, marking its worst performance since 1973 and a loss of over 100 billion dollars in market capitalization.

The decline is attributed to rising memory costs impacting the PC processor market, which remains Intel's primary business. The company projects a 12 percent contraction in the PC market for 2026 and a further 10 percent decline in 2027. Additional factors include a factory shutdown in Israel and negative annual cash flow projections.
