RedMagic has officially announced the rollout schedule for its RedMagicOS 12 update. The update will be distributed in batches, and users who do not see the notification immediately are advised to wait for the system to push the software.
The update schedule begins in December 2026 with the RedMagic 11 Pro and 11S Pro series. In January 2027, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro will receive the update, followed by the RedMagic 10 Pro and 10S Pro series, RedMagic 11 Air, and RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro in March 2027. The RedMagic 10 Air is scheduled for April 2027.
RedMagicOS 12 introduces a new visual design with a futuristic aesthetic and a large-screen clock. The update integrates AI features such as an AI assistant, AI Magic Island, and enhanced memory functions. Additionally, the system includes RedMagic Interconnect for cross-platform file transfers, including compatibility with Apple devices.
The update also features a redesigned gaming space with dynamic theme adaptation and improved interaction. A new esports training ground includes mini-games for shooting and reaction practice. Furthermore, the X Gravity Platform 3.0 now supports cloud gaming, console streaming, and expanded peripheral control for mobile games.
