Raven, a proprietary trading firm specializing in liquidity for prediction markets, has closed a strategic funding round. The company reached a pre-money valuation of $90 million. The round was led by CMCC Global and Coinbase Ventures, with existing support from Hack VC and Wintermute Ventures.
Founded in 2023 by CEO Petar Kostov and CTO Yuriy Myronovych, the firm provides market-making services across centralized and decentralized exchanges. Raven entered the prediction market sector in the second quarter of 2025 and currently covers more than 10 venues, including Polymarket and Kalshi.
The company has quoted over 3,000 contracts across categories such as politics, crypto, sports, and commodities. Raven assists new venues with API specifications, SDK development, and market design. The firm operates globally with teams based in Milan and Sofia and is currently expanding its headcount.
The prediction market sector has seen significant volume growth, clearing approximately $30 billion in April 2026. Monthly volume exceeded $50 billion during the World Cup, compared to roughly $44 billion for the entire year of 2025. Raven aims to provide liquidity to support this expanding infrastructure.
