PSV Tech has finalized its second fund, securing €55 million to support early-stage startups across the Nordic region. The firm focuses on companies in the AI, software, and digital infrastructure sectors, specifically targeting founders before they achieve product-market fit.
The fund is managed by General Partners Helle Uth, Richard Breiter, Alexander Viterbo-Horten, and Christel Piron. Since its first close, PSV Tech has already deployed capital into 19 startups, including 12 investments made in 2026 across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
The investment strategy prioritizes the evaluation of founding teams and their adaptability, as early-stage companies often lack sufficient market traction. PSV Tech aims to prepare these startups for future growth capital rounds by helping them reach necessary value inflection points.
New investors in Fund II include Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker and Nordea-fonden. They join existing limited partners such as ATP, EIFO, IDA, and several prominent founders, including those from Templafy, King, and Siteimprove.
PSV Tech originated from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) 25 years ago. The firm's first fund completed 47 investments and achieved six exits, including Helloflow and Heyhack, while portfolio companies Teton and Spektr have since secured $20 million Series A rounds.
