Promevo LLC has introduced Insights by Promevo, a new platform designed to monitor the adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise and the deployment of AI agents within corporate environments. The tool also provides visibility into broader Google Cloud spending, addressing challenges where license and agent data are typically siloed across different Google consoles.

The platform tracks activated versus idle Gemini Enterprise licenses, identifying potential cost savings. It maintains an inventory of all employee-built agents and their access permissions without storing the content of user prompts. Additionally, the software maps organizational assets and flags users with excessive access rights across various cloud projects.

According to CEO Karthik Kripapuri, the company already observes organizations managing thousands of AI agents. The tool allows businesses to trace the relationship between specific licenses, the agents utilizing them, and the underlying cloud resources. It also provides a breakdown of cloud expenditures by project and service.

Based in Covington, Kentucky, Promevo has operated for 25 years and currently serves over 4,000 organizations. The company offers consulting services, including a structured Gemini Enterprise adoption program, and provides the gPanel tool for Google Workspace administration. Enterprises can also use Promevo to list their custom agents on the Google Cloud Marketplace.

Insights by Promevo is currently available for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise customers. The company plans to roll out additional features of the platform in the coming weeks.
