The ProcessTech 2026 forum, organized by Infomaximum, took place on September 18-19 in Moscow. The event gathered over 550 executives and experts from the business and public sectors to discuss process mining, task mining, and artificial intelligence applications.

Infomaximum CEO Alexander Bochin highlighted the shift toward autonomous business processes. The company estimates the economic potential of proactive process management at 2.5–3 trillion rubles. New features in the Proceset platform aim to automate repetitive scenarios based on factual data.

Representatives from major organizations, including Beeline, RusHydro, Alfa-Bank, and the Federal Tax Service, shared practical case studies. RusHydro reported a 14% reduction in a procurement route, while Rosselkhozbank noted that process analytics helped digitize over 600 operations, generating over 600 million rubles in additional revenue.

The second day of the forum focused on applied tasks such as ROI calculation, AI agent development, and dashboard configuration. Experts from companies like Norilsk Nickel, Gazprombank, and Perekrestok conducted workshops on scaling projects and implementing process discipline.
