The Portal robotic car wash chain, which operates over 50 locations and 63 robots across Moscow, the Moscow region, and six other Russian regions, has implemented the Okdesk platform to manage its technical maintenance. The network services approximately 160,000 vehicles per month, requiring a robust system for both emergency repairs and preventive maintenance.

The Okdesk platform allows the technical team to consolidate emergency requests and planned maintenance tasks. Depending on the season, the system processes around 400 requests monthly. These requests cover robots, gates, payment terminals, and technical room equipment. The company has established SLA standards, with critical tasks requiring resolution within two hours to minimize downtime.

Technicians utilize the Okdesk mobile application to manage field service operations, document repairs with photos and videos, and complete checklists for preventive maintenance. The system also tracks spare parts, recording the components used and their costs. This data enables the company to monitor maintenance expenses for individual locations and analyze operational economics.

According to Ilya Biryukov, senior engineer at Portal, the platform streamlines communication between on-site administrators and the technical service team. This integration allows for rapid reporting of issues, efficient prioritization of tasks, and better planning for maintenance visits and repair preparations.
