Pisen has initiated a recall of the TP-D114 and TP-D133 portable chargers. The company identifies potential issues with battery cell materials, protective circuits, and manufacturing processes.

Under conditions of high temperature, mechanical impact, or long charging cycles, these devices may overheat, deform, and burn. In severe cases, there is a risk of fire.

Customers are offered a full refund of the purchase price or a free replacement with a safe product of similar specifications.

Pisen has ordered the removal of affected batches from sales, including distribution channels and online platforms. The TP-D133 model had previously failed a heat resistance test in Zhejiang province in August.

The company's support service on Taobao stated it had not received an official recall notice, although both devices have already been removed from the platform.
