Pipsheng has initiated a recall of the TP-D114 and TP-D133 power bank models. The process began on September 8. The company has ordered all distributors and e-commerce platforms to remove the the affected batches from sale immediately.
a single source reported that the recall is due to issues with battery cells, protection circuits, and production processes. Under extreme conditions such as high temperatures, pressure, or long-term charging cycles, some units may overheat, swell, or cause burns. In extreme cases, there is a risk of fire.
Customers can choose between a full refund or a free replacement with a compliant product of the 같은 specification. While official flagship stores have already removed the listed items, some third-party distributors continue to sell them.
According to an internal source, some products have had their 3C certification temporarily suspended. This certification is expected to be restored within approximately one week.
