Parker Hannifin has introduced three new thermal adhesives to its CoolTherm product line. These materials are specifically engineered for use in electric vehicle production and industrial electrification projects, aiming to enhance reliability and design flexibility for manufacturers.

The new additions include the CoolTherm UR-2800, a urethane adhesive focused on rapid curing and strong bonding across various substrates. The CoolTherm UR-2400 SLW is a slow-curing urethane adhesive that features a thermal conductivity of approximately 2.0 W/m·K, providing high toughness and extended rework time for assembly processes.

The third product, CoolTherm TC-2080, is designed for large-scale applications. It maintains the properties of the existing TC-2002 model but excludes glass spacers and offers improved sag resistance. According to the company, these solutions are production-ready and intended to support evolving battery architectures globally.
