Ozon has introduced an automated compensation system for logistics partners and drivers using the Vozi Ozon service. The company will track delays in loading and unloading at its logistics centers. If these operations begin more than two hours after the scheduled arrival time, the marketplace will pay 21 ₽ for every minute of waiting.

Compensation covers the entire duration of the vehicle's stay at the facility starting from the 121st minute, continuing until the departure mark. To qualify, drivers must arrive on time and register their arrival via the Vozi Ozon application or through a dispatcher.

Payments are processed alongside regular freight payments. For partners using Ozon Bank, funds arrive within one hour, while other bank clients typically receive compensation by the next day. All transactions are documented in the partner's personal account via universal transfer documents or work completion certificates.

The new process replaces the previous manual claim system. According to Ozon, the company handles over 28 million items daily. The initiative aims to simplify cooperation with transport companies by removing the need for formal complaints regarding downtime.
