Oura is preparing for its initial public offering, with the pricing scheduled for Tuesday. The company is marketing 50 million shares, with an expected price range between $40 and $44 per share. This demand has resulted in the offering being four times oversubscribed.
At the upper end of the price range, Oura reaches a market valuation of $14.1 billion, while Bloomberg estimates the fully diluted value at over $15 billion. The total IPO value could reach up to $2.2 billion. Notably, 73% of the shares offered are secondary shares from existing investors.
Financial reports show revenue grew 74% to $1.21 billion over nine months, with paid memberships reaching five million. Net income rose to $60.8 million, though the company recorded a $924.3 million loss due to a preferred-stock buyback. Hardware sales remain the primary revenue driver at $974 million.
The listing arrives during a period of limited billion-dollar offerings in 2026. Other companies, including Kraken, Holtec Nuclear, and Bamboo Insurance Services, have delayed or canceled their public listing plans citing market conditions. Oura is the first deal to potentially clear $1 billion since July.
