Oura has officially postponed its planned initial public offering, citing market uncertainty. The company intended to offer 50 million shares at a price range of $40 to $44 per share. At the upper end of this range, the IPO was expected to raise $2.2 billion. CEO Tom Hale stated that the company is delaying the deal despite strong investor demand and has not yet established a new timeline for the listing.

Anthropic, currently the world’s most valuable venture-backed startup, continues to prepare for its public debut. Financial documents reveal that the company’s revenue grew twelvefold to nearly $4.6 billion in 2025, while it recorded an operating loss of $8.06 billion and a net loss of nearly $42 billion. The firm also disclosed future infrastructure and cloud computing obligations totaling $518 billion.

Reports suggest Anthropic aims to go public before its rival OpenAI, with potential plans to raise up to $100 billion. While some sources indicate a debut as early as October, predictive models suggest a timeline of six to 12 months. Meanwhile, OpenAI reportedly filed confidentially in June and is now targeting an early 2027 debut. Other potential market entrants include Nscale, The Fidelis Partnership, and Switch.

Nscale, an AI cloud provider backed by Nvidia, recently filed for a public listing in the U.S. The company reported revenue of $140.6 million for the first half of the year, alongside a net loss of $1.02 billion. Additionally, the Blackstone-backed insurance firm The Fidelis Partnership filed for an IPO on September 24, and data center operator Switch is reportedly considering a listing that could raise up to $10 billion.
