OTP Bank has introduced a new onboarding training program for incoming employees titled 'Your First Day: Four Steps to a Successful Start.' The project aims to help new hires adapt quickly and outline their initial tasks upon joining the organization.
The bank replaced traditional manuals with an interactive landing page featuring an animated video. The main character in the video guides new staff through essential processes, including gaining access to corporate systems, meeting team members, and learning company policies.
The development team utilized generative artificial intelligence to produce the course content. AI tools were used to create the main character, the animated video, the background music, the voiceover scripts, and various visual elements for the animation.
According to Tatyana Yunisova, head of the remote learning department at OTP Bank, the use of neural networks significantly accelerated the content creation process while enhancing the visual appeal of the training materials.
