OpenAI introduced ChatGPT Spaces, a collaborative environment designed for teams to store and manage shared files, AI-generated content, and data from the new personal AI agent, Dots. This feature is available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscribers, initially launching on desktop and web platforms before expanding to mobile devices.

A new meeting plugin records audio, generates summaries and action items, and saves them to the team space before deleting the original recordings. This tool is currently available for macOS users with Pro and Business plans, with Enterprise access scheduled for a later date. OpenAI also introduced the Private Intelligence system to address data security concerns.

Integration with Slack and Microsoft Teams allows users to interact with ChatGPT directly in channels and private messages by tagging @ChatGPT. With proper authorization, the bot can connect to tools linked within these platforms. Additionally, the new Pages feature enables the creation and sharing of documents, charts, and images for team feedback.

OpenAI plans to launch collaborative slide deck features in the coming weeks, supporting exports to PowerPoint and Google Slides. Users will also gain the ability to create shareable profiles to showcase their custom web applications and plugins for team use.
