OnePlus has unveiled the design options for its upcoming Ace 7 smartphone series, including the Windbreaker and Forged colorways. The company president, Li Jie, shared a video showcasing the devices just four days before the scheduled launch on October 29.
The Ace 7 Pro, featuring the Windbreaker finish, sports an icy blue tone and a large Ace logo on the back. It includes a textured metal frame, a customizable light strip with an interstellar glow effect, and a hidden air intake styled after Storm Island.
The standard Ace 7 model arrives in the Forged colorway, utilizing a dual-gradient coating technology. Like the Pro version, it incorporates a textured metal frame, customizable lighting, and a hidden air intake system.
The entire series will feature 9000 mAh batteries and support 100W SuperVOOC fast charging. According to the manufacturer, this capacity allows for seven hours of gaming at 185 frames per second or up to 24 hours of video playback.
The Ace 7 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It also introduces the Glacier cooling system, which uses dual channels to dissipate heat from both the hardware platform and the device's rear panel.
