Trust Ventures has filed to raise a $400 million Fund V, while Interlagos Capital is targeting $400 million for its second fund. Former Benchmark partners Victor Lazarte and Kris Fredrickson secured $1.252 billion for their new AI-focused firm, Diffusion ONE, exceeding their initial $800 million goal.

Benchmark has initiated four new partner-only funds, including the Benchmark Partners Founders’ Fund T1 seeking $220 million and the T1-A fund targeting $7.5 million. Jack Altman is listed as a participant in these filings. Meanwhile, 8VC is raising several vehicles, including a $400 million fund and an AI fund that has already collected $13.5 million.

Notable Capital and Greenoaks have filed to raise their fifth and seventh funds, respectively. Greenoaks recently co-led a $65 billion Series H round for Anthropic. These filings coincide with increasing market activity surrounding secondary stakes in high-profile private companies.

Industry Ventures has successfully raised at least $1.7 billion for its secondaries fund. This vehicle, which opened in late July, underscores the growing investor demand for secondary market access to established private firms like Anthropic and OpenAI.
