Nvidia is set to launch its new RTX Spark N1X chip in October for both laptops and desktop computers. The hardware will be available in two primary configurations, both utilizing the Blackwell GPU architecture and unified memory.

The high-end version features a 20-core Grace CPU paired with 6,144 CUDA cores and supports between 24GB and 128GB of unified memory. The second variant includes an 18-core CPU, 5,120 CUDA cores, and offers 24GB to 32GB of memory, specifically for laptops.

Lenovo and Acer have already unveiled systems featuring the new chips, including the Yoga 9n 2-in-1 laptop and a small form factor desktop. Additional devices are expected from Asus, Dell, MSI, HP, and Microsoft.

These new systems are positioned primarily for agentic AI tasks, though Nvidia has also demonstrated gaming capabilities. The chips are designed to compete in the Windows on Arm ecosystem, challenging Qualcomm's current market exclusivity.
