Modders have updated the Universal MFG Unlocker tool to version 1.5.0, enabling NVIDIA's new DLSS Frame Generation Preset C on RTX 30-series graphics cards. This preset, originally designed for RTX 40, RTX 50, and RTX Spark systems, replaces a standard optical flow model with a lighter algorithm.
NVIDIA reports that Preset C offers up to 35 percent higher performance while slightly reducing image quality. The latest mod version provides stable support for RTX 30 GPUs in DirectX 12 titles, featuring multi-frame generation options ranging from 3x to 6x.
While the preset has been validated on RTX 40 hardware in The Witcher 3, performance metrics for RTX 30-series cards remain unavailable. The update also integrates XeSS Multi Frame Generation for NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel GPUs and resolves a specific crash issue in Gears of War: E-Day.
