Nio has launched the public beta version of its Firefly app for the HarmonyOS platform. The application, identified by version number 2.9.0 (2009009), is currently available for testing through the Huawei AppGallery.
The testing period for the new HarmonyOS application is scheduled to run from October 27 to November 26. Users participating in the beta can access several key features, including remote vehicle control and an online purchasing portal.
Beyond vehicle management and sales, the app integrates a marketplace for automotive accessories and lifestyle products. These include categories such as fashion, home goods, technology, and outdoor equipment designed for various user scenarios.
The platform also serves as a community hub where users can access official brand updates, share vehicle ownership experiences, and interact with other community members through discussions and various engagement activities.
