Nebius, in partnership with NVIDIA, has launched the 2026 Physical AI Awards. The program offers five prizes, each consisting of $150,000 in compute credits. Applications are open until October 25, 2026, with winners to be announced in mid-November 2026.

The prize value is tied to Nebius GPU-hour rates. For instance, $150,000 covers approximately 521 hours on a 64-GPU cluster of H200s or up to 61,200 GPU-hours at preemptible rates. These credits include vCPU and RAM costs.

To be eligible, companies must have a registered legal entity, a public website, and an MVP in active use or testing. Entries are evaluated based on innovation, implementation, market potential, and real-world impact by a panel of industry experts.

The 2025 edition of the program received 254 applications and selected 55 finalists who shared $1.5 million in compute credits. Previous winners, such as RoboForce and Gather AI, have since secured significant funding rounds of $52 million and $40 million respectively.
