Zurich-based developer infrastructure startup Namespace has secured $42 million in a Series B funding round. The investment comes just seven months after the company completed its Series A financing.
The round was led by Scale Venture Partners. Additional participants included 20VC, NEA, Essence, Burst Capital, and several angel investors, such as Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel.
Founded in 2022 by former Google principal engineer Hugo Santos, Namespace provides a platform designed to accelerate software build and test workflows. The technology targets engineering teams seeking to optimize development speed without managing infrastructure.
The company plans to allocate the new capital toward accelerating product development and expanding its compute and server operations. Namespace aims to serve as the infrastructure layer for AI coding agents.
Namespace currently works with a client base that includes SpaceXAI, Ramp, Framer, ElevenLabs, and Vanta.
