MTS Web Services, a subsidiary of MTS, has integrated an AI assistant into its MWS Tables collaboration platform. The tool is designed to accelerate the deployment of business workflows by automating the setup of tables, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and data relationships.
Users can generate workspace configurations by describing tasks in natural language. The assistant creates templates, assigns tasks, sets deadlines, and defines status tracking. It also handles complex data linking and automated calculations for updating values within the system.
The AI assistant provides analytical capabilities for existing datasets. Users can query the system to identify overdue projects or analyze expenditure across departments. According to product director Philipp Germ, this functionality reduces the manual effort required for data structuring and process automation.
