MTS Link has updated its task management tool, Tasks, adding new features to streamline workflow. Users can now assign tasks to colleagues and organize them using filters such as assignee, author, deadline, and priority.
The update introduces integration between the platform's AI assistant and the task tracker. AI-generated summaries from online meetings now allow users to automatically transfer action items and deadlines into the task tracker without manual data entry.
The platform maintains the ability to create tasks directly from chat messages. These tasks retain a link to the original message, enabling users to quickly reference the discussion context.
Tigran Baseyan, head of the Boards and Tasks products at MTS Link, stated that the development focuses on transitioning from simple personal to-do lists to complex team scenarios. The tool is integrated into the broader MTS Link communication platform.
