The MTS Link business communication platform has integrated Chinese language recognition into its AI-powered toolset. The system now supports real-time transcription and translation of Chinese speech into 19 different languages, including Tatar, Japanese, Korean, and various European languages.

Previously, the platform's AI capabilities were limited to Russian and English speech recognition. The updated technology is designed to account for the tonal nuances of the Chinese language, ensuring higher accuracy during international conferences, online training sessions, and cross-border business meetings.

Subtitles were introduced on the platform in 2025, with real-time translation features following in 2026. The AI now processes context from previous remarks to improve coherence and has been enhanced to better handle slang, industry-specific terminology, and abbreviations.

Users can combine the automated subtitle feature with human simultaneous interpretation. The platform allows listeners to select separate audio channels and subtitle languages, providing flexibility for participants who may prefer different languages for listening and reading during events.
