The MTS Link business communication platform has integrated Chinese language recognition into its AI-powered tools. Announced on October 9, 2026, at the Digital Solutions forum, the feature enables real-time transcription and translation of Chinese speech into 19 different languages.
Previously, the platform's AI was limited to processing Russian and English. The updated system is designed to account for the tonal nuances of the Chinese language, ensuring accurate transcription during international meetings, conferences, and educational sessions.
MTS Link introduced subtitles in 2025 and added real-time translation capabilities in the first quarter of 2026. The platform currently supports input in Russian, English, and Chinese, with output options covering 19 languages, including Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Vietnamese.
The AI engine has been refined over the past year to improve the handling of slang, technical terminology, and abbreviations. It now utilizes context from previous remarks to generate more coherent text. Users can also combine these subtitles with live human interpretation services.
