MR is integrating 3D portals and artificial intelligence to optimize its project design workflows. These digital tools serve as virtual twins of development sites, allowing the company to visualize how new construction projects integrate with existing urban infrastructure, transport routes, and public spaces.
The 3D portals enable teams to compare various design options and assess their impact during the initial conceptual phase. By leveraging AI to process data and identify discrepancies, the company reduces manual labor and minimizes errors, which helps in managing project timelines, costs, and quality.
According to product director Denis Khazov, these technologies have accelerated specific tasks, including conceptual development and budget estimations, by up to 10 times. This automation allows the staff to focus more on architecture, project economics, and urban environment quality.
Beyond the design phase, MR is implementing a unified digital standard for building operations. This includes automated engineering systems, leak protection, smart climate and lighting control, as well as digital access systems and mobile application integration for communication with management companies.
