Motorola has unveiled the Signature 27, a new flagship smartphone featuring a distinct asymmetrical camera module design. The device is scheduled for an official presentation at the Snapdragon Summit on September 22, 2026, with sales beginning on the same day in the United States and Europe.
The camera system is built around a 200 MP Sony LYTIA sensor, likely the 1/1.12-inch LYT-901, which supports 100x zoom and Dolby Vision. This sensor size exceeds that of the 200 MP ISOCELL HP2 found in the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Additionally, the phone features an audio system tuned by Bang & Olufsen, marking the first time Motorola has integrated this branding into its premium smartphone lineup.
While specific hardware details for the Signature 27 are still emerging, the previous model featured a 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, up to 16 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage. It also included a 5200 mAh battery with 90 W charging support. The release in India is expected to follow the initial launch.
