The Moscow Exchange launched trading for the 'Pervaya — AI Fund' (ticker: AIIQ) on October 8, 2026. This exchange-traded mutual fund invests in Russian equities, utilizing a multi-agent AI system to assist in investment decision-making.

The AI architecture consists of four specialized agents. Three agents independently analyze competitor data, fundamental stock metrics, and news context. A fourth coordinator agent aggregates these inputs and resolves conflicts to form the portfolio, with final oversight provided by a human manager.

Managed by UK Pervaya, the fund serves as an experiment to test the applicability of autonomous AI in asset management. The company aims to move toward creating a fully autonomous asset management firm by integrating AI agents into operational processes.

The fund's performance is benchmarked against the MOEX Total Return Index. Shares are available to both qualified and non-qualified investors during the main trading session, with long-term holding tax benefits applicable after three years.

Currently, the Moscow Exchange hosts 243 mutual funds from 45 management companies, including 113 exchange-traded funds. These vehicles offer exposure to diverse assets, including bonds, gold, money market instruments, and derivatives.
