The backup server combines a server and up to two independent tape drives supporting LTO Ultrium standards from version 6 to 10. The current product versions utilize LTO-8 and LTO-9 standards.
The LTO-9 configuration provides a raw cartridge capacity of up to 18 TB, which increases to 45 TB with hardware compression. The system uses SAS 12 Gbps interfaces.
Data transfer speeds reach 300 MB/s without compression and 720 MB/s with compression. The server's localization level is confirmed by the use of Russian electronic boards and proprietary software for drive management and monitoring.
The company plans to increase the share of localized components and expand the line of products submitted for registry inclusion.
