Mirae Asset Securities has launched tokenized floating-rate notes on the Solana blockchain. The six-month financial instruments were issued through the company’s Hong Kong division as part of a larger $3 billion Guaranteed Structured Note Programme.

The issuance process was handled via Mirae’s proprietary tokenization platform, which manages payments and the full lifecycle of the assets. The Solana Foundation provided technical support for the transaction, while the Singapore-based firm Marketnode acted as the authorized distributor.

These tokenized notes were made available exclusively through private placement. The offering targeted professional investors located in Hong Kong, marking a shift toward utilizing digitally native channels for the distribution of structured financial products.
