MEXC launched a tool on September 28 that allows users to connect AI agents to the exchange for trade preparation and execution, requiring human confirmation for key actions. CEO Vugar Usi expects that by 2027, autonomous agents will increasingly handle portfolio rebalancing and opportunity identification.

A company survey of 3,708 crypto traders conducted on October 15 revealed that 84.8% of respondents have used AI for research or trading. Among these users, 65.9% reported acting on AI recommendations at least occasionally.

Regarding risk management, 54% of surveyed users would allow AI to manage no more than 20% of their account assets if transfers and withdrawals were prohibited. Only 6.5% of participants would authorize AI to manage more than half of their portfolio.

The integration of AI into trading platforms coincides with broader market shifts, such as Nasdaq's plan to introduce 23-hour trading, five days a week, starting December 6. This expansion increases the potential role for automated systems to monitor positions during non-business hours.
